What you'll do

• Modify stamping dies in response to engineering requests within required time and quality standards
• evaluate and correct sheet-metal panel surface and dimensional issues
• troubleshoot stamping die splits, wrinkles, spring back, and distortion
• communicate die status, timing, quality, and progress to internal teams
• perform die assembly and disassembly, spotting, welding, grinding, polishing, press setup and operation, and dimensional review
• mentor team members as assigned.
