What you'll do

• Coordinate high-wide, over-dimensional, out-of-gauge, and turnkey project shipments
• arrange transportation by air, ocean, truck, rail, barge, and specialized services
• book transportation and coordinate pickups, deliveries, and dispatch
• communicate with customers and service providers
• respond to RFIs and RFQs as assigned
• compare service options, pricing, transit times, and requirements
• maintain and reconcile project files and financial documentation
• review invoices and shipping documents
• prepare shipment reports
• support team coverage.
