Distribution Center Associate

Job overview

The Distribution Center Associate role is onsite in Union, OH, with a daytime schedule of 8 AM–5 PM and no overnight shifts. Compensation is $19 per hour. IPS Packaging & Automation provides packaging supplies, custom design, engineering, automation, equipment sales, and ongoing support. The associate handles stock control, receiving, storage, and retrieval to support timely and accurate customer shipments. The role contributes to distribution-center operations by processing products and orders, using warehouse equipment and scanning technology, and meeting safety and productivity expectations.

What you'll do

• Complete stock control, receipt, storage, and retrieval of products
• load and unload trailers
• process orders and support productivity goals
• use forklifts and RF scanners
• help ensure accurate and timely customer shipments
• perform assigned distribution-center duties.
