Infant Teacher

Job overview

The Infant Teacher role is onsite in Murrieta, CA, and pays $17–$20 per hour. The teacher joins The Learning Experience’s early childhood education team to support infant care and development. The role provides attentive daily care and age-appropriate learning activities while maintaining a safe, nurturing classroom. The teacher tracks children’s activities and development, communicates with families, and follows childcare safety and reporting requirements.

What you'll do

• Develop age-appropriate activities supporting infant physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
• provide feeding, diapering, nap-time, and hygiene care
• supervise children for safety
• use positive behavior guidance
• maintain daily, developmental, and health records
• communicate with parents or guardians
• follow mandated reporting laws and child safety protocols.
