What you'll do

• Review and maintain due diligence documents in deal folders
• conduct market analysis and property research
• update weekly goal reports
• prepare weekly summaries of recently funded transactions for the company website
• support the production team in underwriting and packaging loan requests and seeking competitive loan terms.
