Court Security Officer

What you'll do

• Operate entrance screening equipment and check items for prohibited materials
• patrol court facilities and grounds
• monitor stationary posts and security systems
• provide armed escorts when directed
• control garage traffic and pedestrian access where applicable
• enforce federal law and court orders
• prepare incident and contract-performance reports
• inspect and secure courtrooms and support courtroom security.

Why this role
