What you'll do

• Maintain financial records and general ledger entries
• process accounts payable and receivable
• reconcile bank, credit card, and other accounts
• record cash receipts and deposits
• prepare invoices, payments, and expense reports
• assist with month- and year-end close
• monitor past-due balances
• prepare reports and support budget tracking
• assist with payroll and process improvements.
