What you'll do

• Coach Opportunity Technicians on identifying customer needs, documenting findings, and explaining repair and replacement options
• review service calls, tickets, photos, and recommendations
• manage technician schedules and conduct meetings, call reviews, training, and coaching
• improve handoffs among technicians, Lead Coordinators, and Comfort Advisors
• assist with Comfort Advisor onboarding, lead management, and sales coverage
• help with phone closing and follow-up
• monitor and distribute leads
• use metrics to identify performance gaps and improve conversion.
