Machine Operator — 2nd Shift

What you'll do

• Set up and safely start equipment
• perform shutdowns and product changeovers
• record production output, downtime, and quality-control information
• maintain equipment and production-area sanitation
• complete SQF documentation
• operate cook-room blending and packaging processes and forklifts
• follow food-safety procedures. Occasional sanitation duties and other assigned tasks may include preventive maintenance and cleaning.
