What you'll do

• Oversee assigned production to prepare the kitchen for next-day operations
• monitor ingredient levels, rotation, freshness, labeling, and food safety
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
• restock supplies and prepare stations
• complete opening and closing procedures
• record waste
• maintain the walk-in cooler
• and coordinate communication between back-of-house and front-of-house teams.
