What you'll do

• Provide direct care based on client needs and Individual Services Plans
• coach or assist with routine tasks, housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and personal care
• conduct safety drills and respond to emergencies
• assist with finances, community activities, exercise, and relationships
• monitor medical needs and support appointments, prescriptions, and medication-related activities
• facilitate safe transportation
• attend meetings
• complete required documentation
• communicate health and safety needs to supervisors and peers.
