What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and clients
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the property perimeter
• monitor access points
• report suspicious activity and policy violations
• respond professionally to incidents and access-control issues
• prepare accurate incident reports.
