• collaborate with banquet and catering teams on event requirements
• follow quality, presentation, sanitation, and food-safety standards
• maintain kitchen and prep-area cleanliness
• assist with buffet setup, plating, carving, and live cooking stations as needed
• monitor inventory and report shortages
• and train junior cooks when assigned.
