What you'll do

• Lead daily paratransit operations
• maintain compliance with contracts, company policies, ADA requirements, and applicable regulations
• serve as a primary customer contact
• lead and develop location leadership and frontline employees
• oversee staffing, scheduling, performance, attendance, and workforce planning
• monitor performance and implement corrective actions
• maintain safety processes
• partner with support functions
• manage labor, expenses, productivity, and budget performance
• and identify service and efficiency improvements.
