Program Manager

What you'll do

• Serve as primary point of contact for CMS stakeholders
• lead program strategy, execution, delivery management, and contract performance
• manage Agile product delivery, sprint planning, release management, and continuous improvement
• coordinate engagement across CMS Centers, Offices, data owners, and user communities
• oversee data governance, platform operations, modernization, and website consolidation
• manage risks, dependencies, resources, staffing, timelines, budgets, deliverables, quality, and performance metrics
• facilitate communication among technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives
• provide executive reporting and recommendations
• lead cross-functional teams of 15–25 personnel
• ensure compliance with federal regulations, CMS policies, and governance requirements.
