Electrical Estimator

Job overview

Compensation is $2,000,000–$70,000,000 per year. The Electrical Estimator role is onsite in Harrisburg, PA, with regional travel that may account for up to 20% of the time. SitelogIQ partners with clients in education, government, healthcare, housing, and industry on energy efficiency, indoor air quality, lighting, and customer-experience improvements. The estimator develops electrical and technology cost estimates and supports preconstruction decisions across commercial and K–12 projects. Bid evaluation, constructability review, cost analysis, and coordination with design and construction partners help establish project scope, budgets, and schedules.

What you'll do

• Prepare electrical and technology estimates for commercial and K–12 projects at conceptual, programmatic, schematic, design-development, and construction-document stages. Read construction documents and provide value engineering, life-cycle cost analysis, facility studies, and constructability reviews. Coordinate with preconstruction managers, engineers, developers, architects, and contractors

Solicit and evaluate bids, review scopes and buyout, price change orders, update cost databases using vendor quotes and bid results, and support field staff. Perform electrical site inspections and attend design, coordination, and pre-bid meetings. Regional travel may be up to 20%
