What you'll do

• Manage change logs, reviews, notifications, document control, subcontractor change orders, and status tracking
• oversee cost controls, reports, cash flow projections, budgets, and pay applications
• coordinate preconstruction activities, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, scheduling, and job-cost setup
• assist with estimating and bid-day activities
• monitor schedules and critical paths, identify delays, and communicate mitigation plans
• review plans and proposals for timelines, staffing, and resources
• coordinate employees, subcontractors, and suppliers
• maintain stakeholder relationships and communicate project updates
• travel as required based on project needs.
