Automotive Lube Technician

Job overview

The Automotive Lube Technician role is onsite in Alpharetta, GA, and pays $13 to $16 per hour. Grease Monkey operates automotive oil-change service centers. The technician performs oil changes and related vehicle inspections and services, working safely and accurately to support a fast, precise customer service experience. The role also contributes to general center maintenance and cleanliness.

What you'll do

• Inspect vehicle undercarriages and document unusual conditions
• drain oil and replace filters as applicable
• inspect drain plugs and gaskets
• check and fill gear boxes
• perform additional services such as fuel filters, transmissions, and differentials when applicable
• assist with pressure and leak checks and final safety and quality checks
• lubricate chassis and install tamper seals when applicable
• maintain and clean the service center.
