What you'll do

• Design and execute personalized rehabilitation plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with peers and make necessary referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain equipment and participate in team meetings.
