What you'll do

• Maintain a comprehensive view of active projects and portfolio health
• publish accurate project and deal information
• prepare executive presentations
• coordinate weekly cross-functional meetings and track actions
• participate in high-value customer and prospect meetings
• facilitate customer workshops and solution discussions
• partner with Revenue leadership on services opportunities and agentic solutions
• report on deal and delivery health
• standardize scoping, presentation, and reporting
• identify account expansion opportunities with executive and services leaders.
