What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional teams
• prioritize and scope operations projects
• coach teams in agile and lean practices
• manage vendors and contractors
• maintain project milestones and budgets
• coordinate trials and installations with production planning
• track project benefits
• manage the project backlog and Kanban board
• remove blockers
• plan sprints and kaizen events
• ensure change control, validation, documentation, and training are complete
• maintain audit-ready records and coordinate customer change notifications with Quality and Regulatory.
