What you'll do

• Support commercial and construction loan portfolio monitoring
• manage credit-limit availability for revolving ABL loans, floor-plan lines, and construction draw advances
• maintain compliance with credit terms, agreements, and guidelines
• coordinate with borrowers, contractors, monitoring firms, and title companies
• prepare and update loan status and monitoring reports and logs
• manage post-closing construction document exceptions
• review project status reports and draw requests
• supervise and train staff
• prepare annual staff reviews
• support department procedures and projects
• monitor and order field audits and inspection reports.
