The Registered Nurse role is onsite in Crossville, TN, with every-other-weekend shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Compensation is $32–$38 per hour, plus shift differentials as applicable. WyndRidge Health and Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing and long-term care facility focused on resident-centered care. The nurse provides and evaluates individualized resident care, administers medications and treatments, and communicates changes in condition. The role also coordinates rehabilitation needs and supports timely, accurate documentation and completion of nursing assistant assignments.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care according to standards of practice, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable guidelines
• plan and monitor resident-specific interventions
• evaluate care effectiveness and develop alternatives
• educate residents and families
• administer medications and treatments
• transcribe physician orders and document progress
• report changes in condition
• follow skin management protocols
• order and report diagnostic tests
• coordinate rehabilitation with therapists
• monitor nursing assistant documentation and assignments.
