What you'll do

• Provide hands-on guidance to housekeeping associates
• supervise cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas
• respond to guest concerns and requests
• conduct training, briefings, and meetings
• schedule and assign associates based on occupancy and staffing needs
• monitor supplies and inventory
• maintain key control and lost-and-found procedures
• monitor payroll and supply expenses
• communicate staffing plans and operational updates.
