Senior Wedding Floral Designer

What you'll do

• Design and produce bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony florals, personal flowers, accents, and large installations
• follow approved recipes, notes, mood boards, and schedules
• maintain flower care and design quality
• label and pack completed work for transport
• lead and support venue installations
• place designs according to plans and standards
• troubleshoot setup and product issues
• communicate with studio, venue, and leadership teams
• maintain organized work areas and inventory.
