Quality Assurance Supervisor, RMA and MRB

What you'll do

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the RMA Rework Team
• manage the customer RMA lifecycle
• lead the internal Material Review Board
• partner with Supplier Quality and Purchasing on supplier corrective actions
• maintain ERP/QMS records and prepare monthly quality reports
• support continuous improvement, audits, ESD inspections, and quality-process training.

Why this role
