What you'll do

• Oversee preconstruction processes and resources
• produce and review detailed cost estimates for MEP disciplines and coordinate civil, structural, and architectural disciplines
• use estimating tools and market insights
• challenge design assumptions and track value-management options
• support procurement planning and subcontractor relationships
• guide design-build and other collaborative delivery models
• coordinate project partners and manage risks
• protect confidentiality and deliver preconstruction work consistently.
