What you'll do

• Recruit, schedule, coordinate, orient, train, and supervise volunteers
• maintain volunteer records and schedules
• support volunteer recognition and engagement
• communicate schedules to internal teams
• assess volunteer needs
• respond to inquiries
• attend community recruiting events
• conduct outreach
• identify potential volunteer leaders
• develop engagement and recruitment strategies, including virtual opportunities
• assist with special projects and events.
