What you'll do

• Develop and lead the organization’s 530A strategy
• determine how 530A Accounts fit within the broader Capital Stack
• translate strategy into programs, partnerships, policies, and operational approaches
• oversee development and refinement of program approaches
• monitor federal policy and implementation
• build external stakeholder relationships and represent the organization
• coordinate cross-functional planning, budgets, resources, and implementation
• oversee the campaign helping eligible families claim the $1,000 federal investment
• build and lead the team and structures for the 530A portfolio
• advance racial equity and anti-oppression across the work.
