What you'll do

• Assist the Community Relations Director with lead management and census growth
• qualify prospects and convert them to tours and deposits
• handle inquiries and enter information into the sales database
• give tours
• prepare sales reports
• follow up with prospects and referral sources
• process move-in information
• support residents and families during adjustment
• maintain Yardi CRM records
• build relationships with residents and staff
• assist with special events.
