What you'll do
- Manage assigned projects from turnover through completion and warranty
- lead coordination with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, subcontractors, and customers
- manage budgets, cost control, forecasting, labor productivity, billing, and cash position
- maintain schedules
- manage contracts, procurement, vendors, submittals, permits, invoicing, change orders, and closeout
- identify and resolve project risks and challenges.
