What you'll do

• Maintain inventory controls and reconcile shipping and receiving documentation
• manage cycle counts and inventory functions
• serve as a subject matter expert for the warehouse management system
• analyze product placement and process efficiency
• monitor KPIs
• collaborate with operations teams, contractors, and third-party logistics operators
• handle and escalate customer complaints
• act as RDC Operations Lead as required.
