What you'll do

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the pediatrics clerkship
• ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and clinical education requirements
• collaborate with the Assistant Dean of Clinical Education on faculty, sites, resources, and evaluation systems
• maintain and improve curriculum
• monitor student outcomes and implement data-driven improvements
• participate in teaching, mentor students, support adjunct faculty, conduct site visits, and build relationships with clinical and community partners.
