What you'll do

• Supervise Contract Services Managers and contract staff
• plan staffing and coverage
• coordinate site visits and onboarding
• conduct staff evaluations
• maintain relationships with government stakeholders
• provide training and competency support
• review protocols and develop corrective actions
• monitor productivity, records, KPIs, and policy compliance
• prepare weekly status updates
• protect patient and medical-record confidentiality under HIPAA and the Privacy Act
• respond to emergency activations and non-duty-hour calls as required.
