What you'll do
- Follow individual support plans and health and safety protocols
- engage positively with individuals
- supervise and maintain a safe environment
- teach and assist with daily living activities such as cleaning, chores, laundry, and hygiene
- document incidents and shift activities
- communicate with families, medical professionals, support coordinators, behavior consultants, and staff
- accompany individuals on off-site activities and appointments.
