What you'll do

• Post new and used vehicle sales and verify paperwork
• issue trade payoffs
• submit finance and insurance product payables and process cancellations
• process daily deposits
• manage deal receivables, rebates, and inventory schedules
• respond to departmental inquiries
• perform accounting tasks and reconciliations
• maintain knowledge of automotive title processes
• assist with related administrative duties.
