The Medical Technician — Bay Vista Commons role is onsite in Bremerton, WA, with compensation of $20.35–$24.19 per hour depending on related experience; night-shift staff receive an additional $3 per hour. Martha & Mary’s Bay Vista Commons provides assisted living and memory care focused on residents’ independence and well-being. The medical technician organizes and administers prescribed medications, observes residents, and assists with daily living and personal care. Attentive medication support and timely communication with licensed nursing staff contribute to residents’ safety and quality of life.

What you'll do

• Organize and administer prescribed medications, including insulin
• observe and report suspected negative drug effects or interactions to a licensed nurse
• manage the medication cart accurately
• assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transfers, and mobility as needed
• engage residents in conversation, socialization, and activities
• observe and promptly report changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, or injuries.

Why this role

Current Washington State CNA license and/or Med-Technician certificate and high school diploma or GED are required. Bay Vista Commons offers paid Med-Tech partnership training for interested CNAs. Available shifts include 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., and 11 p.m.–7 a.m.
