The Landscape Enhancement Crew Lead works onsite in Seattle, Washington, serving residential and commercial landscaping customers in the greater Seattle area. Compensation is $27–$30 per hour. This hands-on lead independently completes enhancement projects to scope while maintaining quality, safety, equipment readiness, and a professional client-facing presence. The role also communicates job progress and site needs to management and tracks materials and debris to support accurate estimating and project profitability.

What you'll do

• Complete enhancement work such as pruning, mulch installation, sod and lawn renovations, gravel work, planting, cleanups, and power washing
• represent the company professionally at job sites
• safely operate and drive company trucks and trailers
• communicate progress, site conditions, client concerns, and equipment or material needs
• maintain tools and equipment
• and track materials and debris.
