What you'll do

• Coordinate customer marketing programs and campaigns across Education, Public Sector, and Enterprise
• support events, webinars, communications, and engagement initiatives
• partner with Client Success and internal teams to identify customer stories and content opportunities
• create and coordinate emails, blogs, newsletters, case studies, webinars, and related materials
• manage webinar calendars, speakers, timelines, promotion, and follow-up
• maintain project plans and records
• develop processes and templates
• align activities with marketing priorities
• track engagement and campaign performance.
