What you'll do

• Assist with branch sales and customer accounts
• communicate product launches, services, supplies, prices, and discounts
• provide customer service in person, by phone, and email
• process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes, and delivery dates
• recommend alternate products
• coordinate shipments
• provide product information
• assist with warranties and returns
• process cash drawer and deposits
• maintain sales records and reports
• assist with inventory and warehouse tasks as needed
• may travel to customer locations.
