The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) role is onsite in Minot, ND, and is full-time, with a Monday schedule of 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Tuesday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Salary is $70,000–$77,000 per year. The counselor joins Northland Health Centers’ integrated Behavioral Health team in a collaborative primary care setting. The counselor provides outpatient therapy and evidence-informed interventions for patients with mild to moderate mental health concerns. The role supports whole-person care by coordinating with primary care providers, connecting patients to community resources, and arranging referrals when higher levels of care are appropriate.

What you'll do

  • Provide individual counseling and evidence-informed behavioral health interventions
  • complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation
  • coordinate care and treatment recommendations with primary care providers
  • identify social needs and connect patients with community resources
  • coordinate referrals for specialty behavioral health services, psychiatric evaluation, hospitalization, or other higher levels of care when appropriate
  • support patient education, goal setting, and ongoing care planning.
