The manager leads secure, reliable, and scalable technology operations across networking, cloud and endpoint services, service delivery, automation, and technology projects. The role develops a technical team and enables business growth and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Manage enterprise networking, cloud services, endpoints, and service delivery
• oversee network deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuity planning
• manage Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services and device lifecycle
• develop and govern automation, including AI-enabled workflows
• lead infrastructure and clinical-site expansion projects
• recruit, coach, and develop IT staff
• partner with security, privacy, compliance, and legal teams.
