Bookkeeper / Staff Accountant

What you'll do

• Process accounts payable and support accounts receivable, collections, and invoicing
• reconcile bank, credit card, fuel card, payroll, and balance-sheet accounts
• prepare payroll information and journal entries
• assist with IFTA and state trucking tax records
• maintain insurance and accounting documentation
• support month-end close, general ledger reconciliations, accruals, and fixed-asset schedules
• help improve accounting procedures and controls.
