Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols in a 911 system. Utilize Paramedic skills in a progressive medical system to the full scope of an Oregon Paramedic. Communicate with patients and loved ones. Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management.
