What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls
• assist existing policyholders

• address billing, payment, invoice, policy-change, and account questions
• identify relevant additional insurance products
• guide customers through initial claims questions
• document interactions
• follow up on quotes, updates, payments, and service requests in English and Spanish.
