The Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) System Support Subject Matter Expert role is onsite in Norfolk, VA, with compensation of $65,000–$95,000 per year. The role supports Fleet Synthetic Training events and provides expertise to the EWTGL commander. The specialist coordinates training requirements and interoperability across participating commands and systems. By supporting exercise setup, planning, execution, and after-action learning, the role helps deliver effective Navy and Marine Corps training events.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with training audiences during unit, staff, and fleet events
• ensure the Joint Expeditionary Tactical Trainer is configured to meet training requirements
• coordinate interoperability and supportability with Fleet Synthetic Training commands
• advise the EWTGL commander
• use C4I systems, JSAF, and MTWS in exercises and daily tasks
• support scenario development, exercise execution, and after-action reporting.
