Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is based in person at the office in Indian Trail, NC, with work-from-home opportunities available following training and based on performance. What you'll do

• Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
• understand customers’ urgent HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs
• sell and renew maintenance plans
• respond to requests and resolve issues
• make outbound calls for renewals and scheduling
• build customer rapport
• participate in training and outbound calling
• follow the company’s complaint-resolution plan
• and maintain accurate customer database information.
