What you'll do

• Compile, code, verify, and maintain financial information
• update journals and ledgers
• assist with month-end reporting
• resolve accounting discrepancies
• track petty cash and employee expenses
• transfer data to the general ledger
• reconcile accounts
• prepare financial reports, checks, payments, and deposits
• match invoices with purchase or work orders
• maintain records and perform administrative tasks.
