What you'll do

• Provide personalized comprehensive inpatient care using the nursing process, therapeutic communication, technology, and collaboration. Provide leadership to non-licensed staff by prescribing, delegating, and coordinating medical-surgical nursing care. Work at least 24 hours per month and one summer and one winter holiday
• the schedule is Monday–Friday as needed, with possible occasional Saturday work and holiday days or nights. Maintain a current Oklahoma or multistate RN license and BLS
• complete ACLS within 60 days of hire. Demonstrate competency in current unit- and age-specific nursing practices.
