What you'll do

• Support candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, recruiting events, and hiring coordination
• assist with onboarding, employee records, status changes, and offboarding
• track training, certifications, and compliance documentation
• assist with HR reporting, workforce metrics, leave administration, and recordkeeping
• help coordinate the internship program, employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications
• provide administrative and project support across HR programs.

Why this role

Applicants must be enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or related degree program and pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher. Availability is 16–24 hours per week during the academic year and 40 hours per week beginning in May.
